Breathe in and scan your physical being (this includes your physical body and senses). Breathe out and let go, bringing observation and neutrality to your physical expression.
Breathe in and scan your thoughts, beliefs, narratives, and emotions. Breathe out and let go, bringing acceptance and neutrality to all that you’re aware of.
Breathe in and scan the context you’re in. This includes the environment and collective you are in (for example, family, community, or another group). As you breathe out, let go and move into observation and neutrality of what you notice.
Breathe in and scan your I AM-ness in the midst of it all, the Big Picture, this Convergence of all that is. Breathe out and let go and become fully present at this moment.
